SHIPPING
Here at LillaIgen we aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped via PostNord. You can choose available shipping options at checkout after entering your zip code.
RETURN
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
Contact us within 14 days via hej@lillaigen.com
The product must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exception
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, socks or similar garments, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards as an alternative
As an alternative to a refund, we can offer gift cards, if the customer so wishes. Gift cards cannot be requested in lieu of a refund.
